Thanks for the feedback. This review looks like it's about email communications from DroneDeploy rather than the Ground app itself, if you're getting unwanted marketing emails, you can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of those emails, or contact support@dronedeploy.com, and we'll get it sorted. If you're running into issues within the app, we'd love to hear about those.

Thanks for the feedback. Freezing, lag, and slowness are real problems and we want to fix them. If you have a minute, reach out to support@dronedeploy.com with your device model and what you were doing when it froze. That helps us track down the specific cause.

Insta X4 air

We do not currently have plans to support the Insta X4 Air because it does not meet the hardware requirements necessary to support our Walk capture mode effectively. For the best experience and highest quality captures, we strongly recommend using the Insta X5 or the standard Insta X4. We want to ensure you have the most reliable tools for your site documentation.
