Cannot cancel
I cancelled my subscription back in Nov 2025 but keep getting charged monthly. Iโve tried to reach out for someone to assist but no reply. The lack of action and response is disappointing.

Very disappointed
No customer support. Waste of money.
Purchased and can never sign in
I just did the 3 month subscription with 1 week free trial and when I sign in it just spins. I did a screen record video showing it stalling and it never opens. Iโll be cancelling this.
Unreliable
First of all no way to contact anyone about any problems. Looking for the effects of caffeine on siadh. Found two contradicting articles. Both under review. Since this was made by doctors people are going to take it as reliable and use it. How are you supposed to use this as reliable information when it has articles like that.
