Very disappointed

No customer support. Waste of money.

Purchased and can never sign in

I just did the 3 month subscription with 1 week free trial and when I sign in it just spins. I did a screen record video showing it stalling and it never opens. I’ll be cancelling this.

Unreliable

First of all no way to contact anyone about any problems. Looking for the effects of caffeine on siadh. Found two contradicting articles. Both under review. Since this was made by doctors people are going to take it as reliable and use it. How are you supposed to use this as reliable information when it has articles like that.

Support much Improved

Edit > I must acknowledge with gratitude that the support improved after comments and review on App Store.
The issue is now fully resolved which is much appreciated.
So the lesson is to persist and persevere.
In itself Dr. Oracle is a good app with the potential to be a market leader with attention to detail in the app plus better support, which earlier was totally Unresponsive despite several requests about login issues.

Support Improved

Edit > Ultimately the support helped to achieve the desired outcome after one week. So I gratefully acknowledge this. I suggest to persist politely if you require support. The app is much better than many others and is cross platform.
Previously, totally unresponsive support link. Subscribe only if you don’t expect to contact the developer or require any support.
No resolution and reply to repeated requests for log in help during the second year of annual subscription. There is invitations for new subscription even when 10 months are remaining. Better to look for alternatives.

Ummm

I don’t know man… tried this app for like five minutes and was kind of blown away…. I never write reviews but yea. As a PA, this thing is kinda crazy good.

Response from developer

Thank you for your kind review! We are delighted to hear that you are finding Dr.Oracle helpful in your line of work as a PA

Payment related

For making a payment, it’s not showing any notification in the UPI app, when opened the app it’s showing oops payment failed!! How to proceed?

Cheated me on the trial period!

I signed into Dr Oracle for a 6 day free trial and initiated a 3 month autopay to be activated after the trial period. Almost immediately I get a message saying that my trial period end within 24 hours, even before I started using the application.

Useless app

This app just use pubmed and it’s fake. Don’t believe this.

This app is not helpful, and it is definitely just a scam

I downloaded this app on 30/dec/2025they said I can use for 7 days for free trial period, they ask for subscription and I subscribed with 5 rupees deducted, they said would you like to send you notifications before deducting the money I replied yes, but today is just the 6th day that I use the app not the 7th day like they promised 5/Jan/2026, I was planning to unsubscribe and cancelled the autopay when they’ll send me notifications before deducting because I found the app not useful, but they already deducted the money today the 6th day itself, please refund my money back, I don’t like the app.

Awesome

Very good!

I am staying at a hospital

I love to learn!

Great adjunct

The app is a great quick reference guide that answer specific questions related to medical concerns. It’s faster than paging through paragraphs when you just need a quick confirmation of information. I appreciate the referencing of data, however, I must admit that I haven’t personally vetted the data sources. The desktop version can sometimes get glitchy and asking follow up questions or stating a new topic doesn’t work. The page needs to be refreshed from time to time on the lap top.

Inconsistent Information and Limited Support

The information provided is inconsistent, and follow-up questions do not resolve the discrepancies. Most concerning is the inability to delete chat history and the lack of customer support available to address this issue. I contacted customer support through the Dr. Oracle website but have not received a response, aside from an automated message acknowledging receipt of my inquiry. Not worth the subscription fee in my opinion.

So many issues

The information the app provides is good…when it actually provides information. It is down more than it works, which is frustrating. I just canceled my subscription and will be going with a different service.

Fraudulent

Support guys of this ai, please reach back to me. I cancelled my free subscription, yet you guys charged me the day after. I have mailed you almost five times now. It’s a sincere request.

Used to be useful

And another update: Developer continues to insult while not reflecting upon what’s already been shared. Not worth my time.

New update post developer response: It seems the Dr Oracle staff has some attitude, and isn’t as smart as their service. I in fact did not sign up for a free trial, but was an early member that paid $10/month for the Dr Oracle service for a year. Perhaps the “surprise” being eluded to is that I was being billed 6 months after cancelling my membership. I have no existing membership with Dr Oracle through Apple, for the past 6 months to be exact. I was in fact being billed without my consent. To the commenter’s point, for points of contact, the “contact us” is behind a paywall on the website and app and the prior contact I had is now “undeliverable.” So… super helpful whoever staff decided to try and gaslight and steal money. My bank is resolving it now.

Original: Yesterday Dr oracle was free, now it’s $25 per month. A year ago Dr oracle was useful, now it’s very limited and refreshes itself within a few minutes of asking a question. Not helpful.

Update: After cancelling months ago, Dr Oracle is still charging me monthly fees. On top of that, there is no way to contact the company, and no way to access your account without signing up for $25/mo subscription service.

Response from developer

Dr.Oracle has a free trial which is explicitly explained at signup. Dr.Oracle has never been free, I'm genuinely interested to understand why you are claiming this? You seem to be surprised that your free trial ended. We cannot charge you without your consent. We are sorry you seem to have forgot to cancel your membership. We refund all our customers upon request per our policy, no questions asked. All you have to do is email us. Our contact form is NOT behind a paywall, despite what you believe. It is clearly indicated in the following locations: 1) Top right corner of our website (www.droracle.ai) 2) Within the app store itself 3) Within the app itself (before you even subscribe) Please feel free to confirm this yourself. We have tried our very best to make customer support easy and obvious, but our hands are frankly tied when you don't bother to email us with your concerns.
