Broken for Kaiser

I was excited about this app for consolidating my kids medical records but it failed for Kaiser permanente with an “invalid client id”.

Easy To Use and Convenient

Great app to keep all my medical records in one place and makes it really easy to share them with new doctors or providers. The coupons to save money on medications is also a huge plus.

I’m on the younger side so I didn’t think I would really need this app. But then, all of a sudden…it came in clutch! This app saved my bacon on more than one occasion when life got hard and I’ll be forever grateful! Thanks Dr. Owl for your mission and execution!!

Doesn’t work to access VA records

Communication with DROwl is very slow. Sent photos of step by step and failure received email back that there is nothing wrong with account, try again. Still doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time.

I got this in hopes of obtaining medical records but very few providers are listed.

Why can’t I delete my account?!?

I was going to a new school and I had to use my number but it wouldn’t let me so I went back to my old account to try to delete but it won’t let me now I’m still stressing out about it

Definitely worthy of 5 but,...

Its simple and easy to use. However, everytime the app updates I always need to re-login. I dont always need to remember my password “specifically” for this app. FRUSTRATING Parent

Activities Director

The State Department of Health visited our community pool and threatened to shut it down without proper visitor logging. We set up DrOwl in about 15 minutes and it’s very easy for guests to check in with the app. Now we provide a digital list instead of paper forms!

Employee check-in tool

DrOwl has been super quick and easy for our employees to learn and use daily to check-in and record their temperature. The ability for us to immediately access staff responses and daily temperatures has helped managers follow company policies and procedures quickly and efficiently. -UNM Sorority
