Best app
It is the best app it keeps reminding me to take care of my posture. The information is very effective and easy to implement. Highly recommend to everyone.
Mostly pointless
The videos didn’t work, the exercises are basically in pdf format - no video, no reminders, nothing interactive. And one of the 3 “steps” is an ad for a pillow.
Best posture app out there
I have tried them all and this by far then best. Learn the technique, set when you want your reminders and you are away. Give it a try, glad I did.
