Awful Service
Doctor never called in prescription he promised. Only thing you can do when that happens is call a phone number where they will then “open an escalation case” which has an SLA of 24 hours. That’s a very long time and not helpful when your wife is in excruciating pain from a UTI that Bactrim could easily resolve. They need a better problem resolution system…and doctors that actually do what they promise.

My first visit with Drsonline
This was my first visit, using doctors online and telehealth in general. I had a very good visit with my doctor, Dr. Ingrid Atall. I highly recommended service to anyone who doesn’t have the ability office easily for any reason or who just wants to have the comfort and privacy of a online, I felt comfortable talking to the doctor. It felt just like it would if I had been in the office, but it was just much easier and saved me a lot of time and offered me the option of being able to stay at home with my family instead of having to run to the doctors office or the urgent care and I highly recommend the service

Couldn’t get access to a visit, waited hours. Should have just gone to urgent care.
Easy!
Once you set this up you then get a link to use it with your provider. It is easy and the connection has been great. It does drain my phone battery quickly so have a charger on hand. I have used it twice and plan to use it again.
Telehealth is a Miracle
Where do I start i’ve been dealing with sinuses for over a week had vacation already booked up decided to go on vacation. I told my self remedies all the way. Biggest mistake of my life my sinus infection got worse I ended up getting pink eye as well as laryngitis. I couldn’t cancel the vacation … pain the pressure got worse day by day Color discharge Leon green. Go to to ER or urgent care was not an option called my insurance for som advice the best thing that ever happened. I was explained that telehealth is an option and that the fee would be $30 for telehealth. Having that option there’s no worse how I could explain how happy I felt. The provider was very nice and understanding and very explanatory. Medicine will be in the pharmacy in an hour. Thank you so much

Was able to address a sinus issue from my laundry room! The wait was lengthy, but the doctor was great and very helpful.

So much faster and safer than going into an urgent care. I’m so happy I used this. The doctor was quick and very friendly.

This was my first visit the online doctors and it went fairly well the only problem I had was after filling out lots and lots of questions it asked about my medications. So I went upstairs got my prescription came back downstairs to my computer and it had timed out and logged me out and I had to start over bummer.

First time using Drs. Online. Exceptionable experience. Dr. Horner was precise with her identification, diagnosis and thorough instructions. She has a pleasant demeanor and good bedside manners. Highly recommended!
