The app crashes when trying to share any audio. Big waste of money. I see the App is 12 years old and not fixed yet? Unacceptable.

Cannot register
The app will not allow me to register, this device was recommended by a colleague. Also can’t pair with ear buds as app will not take my registration info. Very disappointed so far.
App playback
Playback of recording keeps glitching out and causing the app to randomly quit. Cannot get my recordings out of the app either. The first app worked way better. Disappointing for the amount of money spent.
Great for hearing aid users
The stemoscope pro is better than other products for those with severe hearing loss. Wish there were more gadgets like this that make it easier for us.
Great device. TERRIBLE app
The app is terribly glitchy. It will not allow me to pair a new device or select a role - it defaulted me to patient and I’m unable to change. So much potential if the app were ever fixed. Buggy to the point of uselessness. Don’t waste your money.

App needs work
Inhale an iPhone 14pro and after downloading the app (Drsteno) discovered that the writing was overlapping or off the page during initial registration. Hard to complete app when you have 2 choices sitting on room of each other or if the second choice is off the page. I found it easier to connect device later then add new device and scan QR code that way. The other way doesn’t work. I spent some time setting up until I found that you need to also wear headphones to use. I thought I could hear sample over my phones speaker, but apparently not.

New purchase
I just purchased my Stemoscope. Downloading the app on my IPhone 12 and am unable to choose my setting as a provider to create my profile. Hopefully this is corrected by the time I get it. If not, may have to return it.
App won’t allow selection for healthcare providers
Can’t select correct role so features will be locked out if I ‘select the wrong’ role and warns role cannot be changed after selection so cannot use the Device or app. Developers- please fix and reach out to users with help!
Still can’t use
I was among the first group purchase on Indiegogo and finally received my Pro last week. However, Dr Stemo app freezes and will not allow progress past second page. Very disappointing.
Will not scan QR code
I paid $300 for this device, and the app will not read the QR code no matter how close, how far, or how clear it looks. It renders it pretty useless if I can’t connect it to the app. There should be a place to type in the model since the technology is subpar when it comes to scanning. Of course there is not a customer email, chat, or number to contact anyone…
