The app doesn’t work. It doesn’t open up. It’s a waste of time. Don’t use it. You’ll be just disappointed.
Not able to scan a pill.
I am not able to scan a pill to see what the drug is. I signed in and registered my email address, but the app keeps telling me I need to verify my email address. Also, what is the correct way to scan a medication with imprints on both sides of the pill. Thanks

The scanner works on Barcode and NDC codes. Pill recognition is coming. For now, please try the Drug Facts app to upload the Pill photo for ID. As for email, it must be verified to prevent abuse.
Drug not found
Tried it and first drug scanned wasn’t found. Clearly the database isn’t as big as it needs to be.

Not working
I cannot get info on any of my prescription drugs using the barcode scanner.
I would like this app not to store information.
I don’t have an option to remove the photo taken. Privacy concerns. No link to C-II substances or -vir drugs. This is a great applications for normal everyday medication.

hi chris, thanks for the kind review. The photo taken for analysis is NOT stored by us after being analyzed for NDC. We're using Google Cloud API so feel free to check their policy. We are working hard to Index all Drug Barcodes and those drugs will be available. If you'd like, send us the drug list that you see often and we will prioritize that first.
