Does NOT do pill ID by photo on device
For identifying a pill by photo, all it does is allow you to post the photo to their website and other users may try to identify it. It does not do built-in recognition of it through AI or anything like that. If you’re hoping to take a photo and have it identify the pill for you, this is not the app for you. Uninstalled.

Not easy to understand
I installed it then took a pic of a pill and from what I could figure out you post it then people say what it is. There should be a tutorial for it. I can get the info faster off the web

I posted a picture of something I found trying to find out what it was, it was taken down. Did it again, taken down again. So I emailed the company…still no response days later. Not worth my time if I can’t get help.
