Probably the worst drug interaction I have ever used
I normally use drug interaction websites, but decided to download an app to have it more easily accessible. I checked the interactions between a few drugs that I already knew of to test the accuracy, and it said there were NO interactions between them, which I knew for a fact was not true. For example, I checked for the interactions between DXM and an SSRI, which can put you at risk of serotonin syndrome when taken together, but the app claimed there were no interactions. That misinformation can be pretty dangerous for someone else who trusts and relies on the accuracy of this app. Wanted to give it one star, but I didn’t give it any further chance after the first few incorrect results, and because there are many reviews praising the app, so I’m trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. Will not be using this app however nor recommending it to anyone I know.

Not happy at all
I went to try the free trial and I tried to look in interactions with some drugs and that didn’t work. But then when I tried to cancel so I wouldn’t get charged it’s no showing up on my subscriptions and when I click contact us it just takes me to pull ID look up. I’m beyond disappointed. And when I try to contact app support I just get sent to a generic page. If they charge me I will definitely be asking for a refund.

great resource for drug interactions
Medtap gives me confidence about interactions between medications. It also provides detailed information about the risk created by this iteraction, and I like that the content is directly linked to the drug's label The drug reference tool is a great add on which I also use all the time

This is hands down the fastest drug reference tool. Has replaced epocrates for me whenever I need to access drug labels on the go

It is said to be free but when you get into the app it is a monthly $4.99 or more charge for medication interaction information
Incomplete data
This app is easy to use but doesn’t include any herbal remedies. What’s the point? Mainstream drug interactions are easy to determine.
Sign up required
I don't appreciate apps that cause you to go through all the steps of adding info., just to find out you have to sign up to receive the promised result; in this case, the drug interactions. Thanks, but no thanks.

Amazing Tool!
This is super helpful when I take new medications. I usually don’t mind what brand I get, so the alternatives this gives me are potentially cheaper which is fantastic. Also, it can check for drug interactions so I never worry about taking the wrong things. All in all a brilliant app with a lot of useful features!

I am a pharmacist and this app is absolutely fantastic for its ease of use and accuracy. The interaction checker is as accurate as Epocrates' but it's much easier to use and it's free!
