Way better than Tekno drums

I wanted to write a quick review because there’s all this hype and propaganda on the Internet about Baby Audio’s Tekno drummer. Drumlab is 1,000 times better. Better sequencer, recordable automation, song mode. Better overall sounds. Buy Drumlab.

DrumLab does mot open

No support and no reply back regarding my issues?? developer please check your application it’s not launching for my mini iPad 2 IOS 12.5.5 no one download pls until this issue is corrected you been warned!!!

Instant crash in editor

Was recommended in a beat makers group as it was in a sale. Jumped on it, purchased. Started, laid down a hihat, went into step edit. Instant Crash. Had to shut down! iPad Pro 2nd gen barely used too 🤷🏻

Rhythm methods

Aside from this not being AU3, it’s a great drum app. Very nice sounds, easy to use, variable and a whole lot of fun . In many ways it is preferable to drum apps with a bewildering array of options. The controls here are responsive and just the job for many IOS music makers, and the price is excellent.

Another great app from this dev!

Still great in 06-2022!

Everyone will say they wish it was AUv3 but for me the sounds and features outweigh that issue. The included kits and patterns, automation, FX, and sound generators (including samples and drone) make it really flexible without being overly complicated. Thanks Pascal!

Response from developer

Thanks for the great review. This is most appreciated. Best regards. Pascal
