Transportation companies and chauffeurs: stay away from DRVN
This has been one of the most disappointing affiliate partnerships we have experienced in the industry. We completed dozens of rides, maintained 5-star service, and consistently represented their brand professionally. None of that seemed to matter.
When we encountered a legitimate operational issue involving a missing airport passenger, Dispatch provided conflicting and inaccurate information from multiple representatives. Instead of receiving support, we were left dealing with confusion, wasted time, and additional costs.
What followed was even more concerning. After that incident, the volume of work sent to our company dropped dramatically. Whether intentional or not, the message was clear: if you question inaccurate information or express frustration when Dispatch makes mistakes, your business may pay the price.
DRVN lacks transparency, accountability, and professionalism in the way it treats affiliates. A company that depends on transportation providers should support them, not make them feel disposable.
If you are a transportation company looking for affiliate partnerships, my recommendation is simple: do not waste your time. There are far better companies in this industry that value their affiliates, communicate professionally, and treat partners with respect.
We invested significant time and resources into this relationship and deeply regret doing so.

Retaliation
This is a horrible company if you cancel one of your rides from them and give them more than 24 hour notice they will cancel all of your rides with them and will kick you off their platform. They start off by giving you good trips with a good amount of money and then they start to lowball. You don’t support such companies. They’re trying to be the next Uber.

They don’t pay contractors chauffeurs
🚨 Attention Drivers 🚨
Do NOT use the DRVN app.
Last year, I completed a few trips with them and got paid on time. But this year, I completed 8 trips between June and July and still haven’t been paid.
I’ve called several times, and every time they tell me, “We’ll pay you Friday.” But Friday never comes.
Be careful — they are not paying drivers.

Not fair
They don’t know how to expand the business given rides to drivers without observing them if they wearing black suit or no water and clean and no smell or no
No use
They don’t have any work. Don’t waste your time signing up with them
Don’t do it
They call you nonstop border line harassing you. They will say “are you there yet?” When it’s not even time to pickup! Then they’ll call again and ask you “are you there yet?” Even if your old them yes. Then you’ll receive a text asking if you are there yet… it’s like having a x gf that won’t stop calling! Annoying

Not professional
They send a request every 3 or 4 weeks and once you open the offer it disappeared
Driver Pay
When they first started, they “DRVN” used to pay well now that they have enough drivers. Now they want to pay like we’re driving a regular car. It’s ashamed that companies become greedy once they grow and think this is ok.

Best app out there!
Easy to navigate and detailed app. Excellent!
