Don't choose print option
Tried to print but app froze up during printing. Unable to get back to main screen. Disappointing for the cost. Hopefully a patch will be created to allow me to return to the main screen; otherwise this app is useless now.
Dry needling = acupuncture but with little training
Dry Needling: The term is ridiculous. You use acupuncture needles and acupuncture techniques but not TCM theory to do what acupuncturists do. Refer your patients who have studied the medicine behind what you are doing with those needles. Ok, you say you only needle "trigger points", right? So do acupuncturists. Keep your steady stream of income, oh you Physical Therapist, you MD. Refer to an acupuncturist for acupuncture no matter what you call it. Then the acupuncturist will refer to you for your speciality. Everybody wins.

Excellent
This app is really great if you are doing or learning dry needling technique. I have been studying trigger point for over 10 years and I really appreciate the convenience of this tool. Thank you!!
Dry needling
Revising my review of yesterday from 'null points' to '5 stars'. The developer emailed me even though it is the weekend and it became clear that this app shouldbe viewed in 'portrait' rather than in the 'landscape' format I have set on my iPad. So easy to resolve the problem .... 5 stars now for the app now that I can use it properly and 5 stars for quick response from the developer. Thank you.

Great Trigger Point Reference
I am a massage therapist and acupuncture student, and find this app really helpful and inexepensive. I have the very heavy Travell and Simons "Myofascial Pain and Disfunction" and wanted something more portable. I ended up purchasing a more expensive e-book for trigger points, however, because I did not feel comfortable whipping out the male model with all the "parts" shown for all my clients. I would use this app more if they had a female model as well. It's something I like to show my clients so it puts me at an advantage to use professional photos as opposed to a fully exposed (only illustrated) male frontal.
That being said, I really liked having the trigger points handy - but wish I would have just splurged on the book (Trigger Points and Muscle Chains in Osteopathy) in the first place. But this is a very valuable app and I will continue to use it for myself.
