Can you be more specific? Which device exactly, maybe send a screenshot to support@digitalscout.com? Also, it's probably easier to register online anyway, where most of the account and team management is best done anyway: https://dashboard.digitalscout.com/dashboard

Updates

Live the app and the stat keeping for HS basketball. However, multiple times I’ve updated the app and it doesn’t work on my iPhone after. This is frustrating when you have a game and find out just before. Please test before releasing updates.

We run beta tests, and test on the devices we have access to. It's a challenge to get it perfect everywhere, but we try. As far as we know, it should be working fine on iPhones though. Let us know at support@digitalscout.com what your particular issues is, and we'll address it as quickly as possible.

Terrible!

They don't let you use this app unless you are a high school team. That is ridiculous! You should get to use this app no matter what. Having to fill out an application just to register your team is not a good idea! You shouldn't have to avoid using this if you aren't a high school team or lie about being a high school team on the application. This should be free to use by anyone without having to wait for them to verify your team.

Non-high school teams have been enabled again. And team registration has always been free and available online. The only verification required is the standard email address confirmation.

App Never Works!!!

This app never works right. I have had nothing but trouble with it for the last two years. It hasn't worked for over a week and it doesn't seem like anyone is even trying to fix it. I am only rating this as one star because you can't rate it as no stars.

Since the update on 1/24/15 the app now will not work at all. Can't even select a team, game, or season. Nothing works. It freezes and then closes. Please fix ASAP!
