Excellent app.
This is better and more functional than most OEM apps. Easy to use, works in CarPlay, collects no data. Worth every penny.
Don’t get this radar detector if you have an iPhone
Could not find the app to connect my radar detector to my iPhone everything suggested I get a third-party and pay $14 for it said I could control and do a lot of features with it. Once I downloaded it hooked it up tried to update the firmware and it says I can’t do that with an iPhone. Don’t get this radar detector if you use iPhone.

The app does not update the firmware. It checks for a new version and just notifies you so you are aware of a new firmware. Radenso requires you to use their update tool to install the firmware. Please reconsider your one star review as firmware updates are not part of the app’s listed functionality. Thanks.

This is the best Rad I ever had but it seems to be glitching out now. I can’t even keep it on because it keeps on playing the same sequence over and over user point store user point delete deleted user point stored user point delete deleted if I could get some help, I’d be nice.
Night and Day Difference!
I don’t remember ever writing a review for an app in all the years owning an IOS device. This DS-1 companion app is a game changer. You have total control of all settings right on your phone. No need to fumble through all the settings on the detector itself anymore. The customization is awesome and the database of lockouts is the best! Great job, great layout and great functionality. Bravo!!

Good app paired with the Radenso DS1
Pretty solid app, it gives me a bigger display and other options that help me get the most out of my DS1 radar detector.

Turns a Great Radar detector into a KING… silences issues- filtering is amazing- this app is just incredible for $10- Buy it right now- you’ll be so happy with your Radenso after, you’ll wonder why you haven’t found this before.
A Radar Detector miracle
This is really incredible. I bought my DS1 a couple years ago, as a placeholder for Theia. Anyway…I never even bothered to update the DS1 because these things are a pain when you have a Mac. But then somehow I stumbled across the Companion. Say what? It does what? OK, update on DS1 required, did it, downloaded this and have used it for days so far. It’s like a miracle.I hope there is a user guide somewhere, but ‘out of the box’ what this is doing, I did know could be done. I love it. Only thing, as others have mentioned, so wish this could update the DS1’s software…however as I get updated on Radenso, it sounds like there may be no more updates, and no more radar detectors from them.

Thanks for the compliments and support! Glad you are enjoying it. I wish the detector API supported updating the firmware, but currently it does not. If they ever add the capability, we will support it in the app.
DS1 APP There is a change needed.
This app is awesome provides the ability to fine tune and get the false alerts down.

Great Companion to DS1
This is the App Radenso should have built. But since they didn’t, I am very happy to have found this. Worth the modest fee. Just get it. You won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding app for the DS1
The DS1 is a great detector in itself. This app however really helps quiet things down with false K alerts. The new update with the ability to change settings on the detector directly is fantastic.
