Can’t access account
I haven’t been able to access my account since working for Dicks. It keeps giving me a error message and nothing else not even a phone number to call.
Nothing Loads
I am able to sign in successfully but only half the main page will load and you see a spinning wheel. When I select any of the quick link options the page updates to a white page and nothing but the spinning wheel.
A little help for those having problems.
For employees to sign in, you need to have multi step verification on with your store account. After that you’ll be able to sign in with you DKS#
Worst career portal app I’ve ever used
I’ve worked at a mom & pop with better career portal access. I literally cannot even sign in, and I’ve been working at DSG for several months. You can’t sell the newest merchandise from all the top athletic brands and have an app this pathetically dismal underwhelming
Needs an update
These work-related apps should let me stay logged in or at least give the option to stay logged in on personal devices. Besides that, the HR link to see details about my paystub works *maybe* 1 out of every 5 times I try to use it. I shouldn’t have to fight with the app or be at work to see my pay check

Won’t let me sign in. Says it needs to verify by calling my phone and the my phone never rings at all. Locked out

Keeps showing me the option to sign in. For some reason, anytime I click on it nothing happens

The app is awesome, as i love the feed at the beginning! But for some odd reason, it will not let me sign in. 🙁
