Не мога да си използвам акаунта, който е новосъздаден, защото не ми се активира избора на профил, съответно няма и възможност да я поълня!
App not working
For the past few days, i cannot access my mobile banking. The app is stuck on loading my screen, yesterday i waited approximately 3-5min for it to load and open, but today it just says “error” at some point and just doesn’t work.
Excellent
I had a rough beginning with this App but now I am a happy customer. It gives me full control to change my card's limits in a flash with immediate adjustments! I believe this App is very reliable and well developed!

Average
You want to transfer funds - when you start typing the amount, the screen moves and you no longer see the amount you are typing. Do they test the apps before launching them? Seems like a very basic thing you must get right for a banking app.

Force update broken
Force update flow is broken - it requires an update but in the App Store I’m on there is no new update.
Unreliable
Very unreliable app! On every login it asks for ID face scan and takes minutes for approval. I have activated face recognition but this app use it only once and afterwards every login starts from the beginning. The worst bank app ever!

Unreliable
Very unreliable app! I hope they keep the other one longer! I've been waiting for 3 days for reply why it doesn't work! Very bad app support!

Cash back points disappeared
After the last update today, the cash back points disappeared from the app.
Useless app
The capability of the app is very limited, I would say useless.

Can’t register
Can’t even register - won’t submit the code to my mobile phone, so I can’t go beyond the verification stage.
DSK mobile
The app is ok but it took nearly two months to be downloaded due to a savings account that was there all the time. It had to be closed in order to download as it didn’t recognise me, when my details were entered, no explanation on that at all!
Finally when I managed to log in it doesn’t have as many functions as the “DSK smart” which is a shame! Why change something when it’s not broken for the worst! All the DSK staff had no idea what to do about it in four branches so I suggest that you train your staff before releasing something new!

Шаблон на плащания
При създаването на шаблон за превод, не може да се запази “основание за плащане”, сума и т.н. В предишното приложение това бе възможно и много удобно за често повтарящи се плащания.
Old app felt better
Why talking about removing the old app when the new one doesn’t have half the functionalities and information (yet I hope so)?
I couldn’t see the status of a transfer from the new app and had to go back to the old app to see it.
In the old app when you were trying to transfer money between your savings account and checking account it was easier because there were only these two options, at least do some preselection in the new app and maybe on click of the arrow switch the options.
When are we going to see
modern features like being able to see who is the merchant and what’s their category, e.g. transport - such info is missing sometimes, e.g. for public transport
There was a useful Home Screen widget showing quick balance, I used and miss that too.
I don’t find the new UX better - I need to do more clicks to do the work I was doing previously.
The good things are that now we don’t rely as much on passwords and codes
