Регистрирах се в интернет сайта на epay. Реших да сваля апликацията на телефона за по-бърз достъп. При вход в апликацията с потребителско име и парола ми се отвори абсурдна страница, принуждаваща ме да сканирам личната си карта от двете страни и да се запиша на видео как изговарям ясно някакви цифри. Вие сериозно ли? Какви са тези мерки за сигурност, ако могат да се нарекат “сигурност”? Живея в чужбина и дори в банковите ми апликации не са ми искали да въвеждам подобна “sensitive” лична информация. Разочарована съм. Деинсталирах апликацията веднага. Няма да опитвам да я инсталирам отново.

За да платя сметка в сайта ми иска еднократна парола за да изкарам еднократна парола апликацията ми иска еднократна парола. За да деактивирам услугата пак ми иска еднократна парола… Лайнян парадокс, както всичко останало в България! Беше толкова просто и лесно преди известно време с директно плащане с карта!
