Пълно разочарование
Регистрирах се в интернет сайта на epay. Реших да сваля апликацията на телефона за по-бърз достъп. При вход в апликацията с потребителско име и парола ми се отвори абсурдна страница, принуждаваща ме да сканирам личната си карта от двете страни и да се запиша на видео как изговарям ясно някакви цифри. Вие сериозно ли? Какви са тези мерки за сигурност, ако могат да се нарекат “сигурност”? Живея в чужбина и дори в банковите ми апликации не са ми искали да въвеждам подобна “sensitive” лична информация. Разочарована съм. Деинсталирах апликацията веднага. Няма да опитвам да я инсталирам отново.

За да платя сметка в сайта ми иска еднократна парола за да изкарам еднократна парола апликацията ми иска еднократна парола. За да деактивирам услугата пак ми иска еднократна парола… Лайнян парадокс, както всичко останало в България! Беше толкова просто и лесно преди известно време с директно плащане с карта!

Приложението не работи добре! Внимавайте, ако ви хакнат, epay.bg няма да поемат никаква отговорност! Нито проложението, нито epay стват за нещо!
Like PayPal, but even worse
Useless app that looks like it was designed 10 years ago. Also the company itself is terrible. Tons of random card declines.

Половината от битоните не могат да бъдат изобщо натиснати и не функционират.
Worst app ever!
It’s so bad, it’s actually impossible to use it. I’ve spent HOURS trying to figure out how to get DPass through it and ultimately, I don’t think it works. It’s embarrassingly bad.

Absolute rubbish, like everything in Bulgaria only this app can be used to pay for governmental services. Clear monopoly situation and absolute useless operators. Just completely joke.

To verify the card with ePay.bg you’ll miss your payments due for utilities and land in a deep s.t having them suspended and disconnected. It’s been already 2 weeks since I’v authorised the code for debit card update. It still wasn’t verified by ePay staff member so I’m going to quit, remove app and just use desktop version of their competitors. Cant remove the outdated card either as no option given.

Great to pay
So when the app got updated it was in Bulgarian and I was like eeeeeek how do I deal with this but I messed around for two minutes and figured out how to get it to English.
Literally press the words right at the bottom of the first page and English comes up as an option.
For those moaning about it being Bulgarian it's a bloody app to pay bills in Bulgaria for Bulgarian people. Stop being so bloody English and moaning and expect everything to be in english

Very poorly thought out structure misleading info it’s not in english
Very poor introduction has no option for language it says it’s in English but loads up in Bulgarian with no way of understanding how to change the language
I would suggest the first page you see is the country flags so the user can actually set the language that’s readable to them.
Waste of time if your not Bulgarian the info on this app is misleading to state it’s in different languages when a basic app developer would know the first thing to do is for user to set language in order to understand the text
When dealing with sensible data like money transfers you have to wonder if this is a safe app at all if they can’t even get very basic things right

Единствената полза е да си провериш сметките, когато са налични. Плащането е невъзможно, тъй като всеки път, независимо от сумата се получава съобщение"ГРЕШКА Превишен дневен лимит"
