Horrible app
Horrible app, It is slow and complicated! They don’t even support Face ID yet for payments and we have to get payments in Bulgarian, although I don’t speak Bulgarian!

Please keep this app active longer. The other app is very unreliable. With this app I have never had a problem - well developed product!

Update for euros
DSK is the only bank that is still down for a second day. While other banks updated their apps on the 1st l, we are still waiting for an update! Awful experience

Вече 3 пъти плащане не минава и апликацията спира да работи за час и отгоре. Наличност има, системата им не работи. От кол центъра казват “използвайте банката след 2 часа”. Нищо че половин час пътувах до магазина и очаквам банката да е банка. Всеки път като вляза в това излиза грешка, излиза грешка и спам. Всеки път. Тоталния минимум за работеща апликация. Сега не мога да пратя преводи без да им прескачам обръчите, понеже минах на новия скин.

User friendly
This app DSK Smart is way better than DSK mobile. It’s simple, which makes it user friendly. The most important thing is that this application reflects immediately every change and user activity!

Does not show transaction dates properly
Upon using my card the transaction is registered for the given day, but for some reason the app then shows the transaction with a date a day or two later from when the actual transaction was…..Quite frustrating if you are trying to track your spending

Getting all kinds of errors, unable to access my account multiple days in a row.

It only shows old transactions
In the last month or so the app only shows the last transtion plus transactions from 2024 despite having lots of recent activity. I tried filtering by last month or exact period but still showing the same thing. I updated to the latest version but the issue still persists. I'm on iPhone16 running the latest iOS.

The app works for basic banking tasks but is very limited in terms of features and user experience. It often crashes at night and doesn’t allow money transfers outside of business hours. There are no notifications for incoming funds, withdrawals, or bills. Transaction details are minimal, and there’s no pre-transaction balance shown. Needs significant improvements to be more reliable and user-friendly.

Very satisfied
App works great, looks nice and it is easy to navigate. The bank service itself is straightforward and staff is helpful in helping through the different processes and questions that a young person might have when first entering the world of bank accounts as such. Thank you!
Bad and dated app, bad UX and UI
Horrible app, slow, buggy, constantly unavailable. UX is non-existent, it is overly complex, dated and rubbish overall. The support doesn’t care at all about any user feedback.

Good idea, bad execution
I’ve been using the app on IPhone 14pro and now on iPhone 16 pro max. For one of the largest banks in Bulgaria, the app is mediocre to terrible at times. Often the Utilites screen takes ages to load. I’ve had time when I made transfers and they were never executed. Credit card management functions and expense tracking is that of a bank in a 3rd world country.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. They have made a lot of improvements the last few years which is good. I used to hate it now its fine. Love-hate relationship.
