Horrible
Needs lots of updates. Has bars on iPhone still, lags and crashes, needs internet to upload everything. Just all around a worse Amazon chime.
So far so good!
Very easy interface and has everything we need in one place. The developers are super helpful and are constantly updating and adapting to changes. Definitely give them a try!
Not Optimized
It’s 2025 and app is not optimized for iPhone. Black bars on top of and bottom of screen make it look ugly and difficult to use.
Also after every picture it requires WiFi to load. Why? There is limited reception at my station and the WiFi does not reach so sometimes I am standing there for 5 minutes waiting for the picture to upload for all 15 pictures. Whip around is much better as it doesn’t upload the pictures until after you have taken them all.

Continuous Improvements
My company switched from When I Work to DSP Workplace. Since we have switched over the team continues to add new features that we suggest and are very helpful with features and concerns that we may have. This app give us so much more than what we got from our previous scheduling platform. Happy we switched.

As of 9/29/23 the app is broken on iPhone
As my title says, the app is currently broken, with the update to the new chat system, the chats no longer open on iPhone, I have updated my phone and the app, but no luck. This app like all apps Amazon employees have to use, is very unstable unfortunately. If they took our apps as seriously as the Amazon app that customers use for purchasing, my job would be much easier.

App Brings Good Automation To Very Manual Operation
Have used WorkPlace, for almost 1 yr; am pleased with the initial automation of fleet and route assignments, and linkage to scheduling.
Looking forward to see where Matt and his team take the app before peak.
Must haves to get to 5 star:
Full automation of 1) scorecard 2) safety applications (Netradyne & Mentor) 3) An update to a better messaging API platform, such as Slack; the current system is antiquated for 2022 4) Expose DA phone number, in the driver’s profile, so that dispatch does not have to give out phone numbers of who to call; instead, allow for the driver to call other driver via the device they are using for the day - that information is available, since they are logged in on the company phones, and the app reads the phone number. 5) Adopt a real news feed, like Facebook, for static company announcements, where users can always find information, celebrate success, etc. the current announcements are just too fleeting. Look to be in parity with Sling app announcements, as a standard.

Chat shuts down app
Every time i click chat the app shuts down
Update
Update makes chat inaccessible, now I click on chat and it shuts down immediately!! Horrible job on an update.

Crashes on Launch
Crashes on launch. Doesn’t work a majority of the time.
App doesn’t work
When I open the app it spams session expired please login again over and over it’s impossible to click away from that notification so the app is essentially useless unless I delete and redownload it again
