Quality and visual image

The image keeps cutting and the quality is blurry

Poor service

App consistently doesn’t work. We have dstv specifically for sports, however, live or rewatching doesn’t work. Screen goes dark, we get the spinning wheel of death, error saying no internet connection or nothing happens when pressing buttons. This is an expensive service and so far has been a disappointment.
