There was a great selection of shoes on the website and it was easy to navigate. The only thing I disliked was after making my purchase the offers that came up, which were advertisements for other companies. Offering subscriptions for free delivery and protection on my product and one of the meal delivery companies.
I’ve only just placed my order so I have yet to see if my delivery comes on time and undamaged.
My daughters and I did have a good time surfing the site and choosing multiple pairs of shoes for all of us, that part of the shopping experience was very enjoyable.

Great Service
I spoke with Tiffany (Barrie location) on phone asking if she could locate 2 pairs of shoes I need. She apologized & advising they were both not available. She offered to check the closest store for them but came back on the phone with the same news. She went out of her way to locate each pair at different locations… too far. I have never experienced customer service that went way beyond.

Temperamental APP
The APP does not retain address or credit card details requiring me to re-enter that data each time I use the APP. Also, it periodically does not provide the option to pick up purchases in the store, nor does it retain my store selection.

Needs improvement
I can’t see my account number. I can’t see the rewards points. I am a vip member and when I am about to checkout it charges me for delivery. (When there’s a promo for the vip members) it doesn’t show me the loved items. I tried to speak with a manager but they didn’t seem to care about the issue

I have bought a few pairs here, and honestly, great prices, good selection but the BEST for returning !! Sometimes you just do not know until you try something on, and any pair I had issues with had absolutely no issue returning. Because if that I have made this company my go too !

Needs little enhancement
I love this app and have been using it since 8 years now. The only reason I am giving four stars is that I want to suggest that the app starts showing store availability and pickup at store options. Even though as vip member delivery is free, I sometimes shop last minute and it would be so helpful to know which DSW store has my shoe available so that I can pick it up in person rather than wait 4-5 days for delivery.

Whenever I try to add a second item to my cart, I get an error message saying they can’t ship to multiple locations when I haven’t even chosen delivery or pick up yet! Such a strange blip and it’s so frustrating.
