DocTime app feels unresponsive on iphone 14 pro max
I’ve been using DocTime on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, but the app feels quite unresponsive. When I tap on certain features, they don’t load immediately and sometimes take a long time to respond. The delay makes the app frustrating to use, especially on a high-end device like the iPhone 14 Pro Max. I hope the developers improve the performance and responsiveness in future updates.

Extremely bad experience with calling
Doctor keep calling, I keep receiving, but the call doesn’t connect! Even if it gets connected, rarely the audio and video works fine! Not to mention the 10 minutes gap you’ll have to wait before retrying again!

অ্যাপ ঠিকঠাক কাজ করে না
পেমেন্ট দেয়ার পর ডক্টর কল দিলে আমার অ্যাপে কল আসে না। টানা দুই বার সেইম সমস্যা। আমার ফোনের সমস্যা টেস্ট করার জন্য অন্য ফোনে অ্যাপ ইন্সটল করে দেখেছি। সেইম সমস্যা।

আপডেটের পরে বাজে হয়ছে।
আগের ইন্টারফেস সুন্দর ও স্মুথ ছিল। এখন অনেক ফিচার পাচ্ছি না। যেমন অফলাইনে ডাক্তার থাকলে অনলাইন নোটিফিকেশন। আগের ডাক্তার হিস্ট্রি। ঠিক করেন। বেশী ফিচার দিতে গিয়ে জটলা করে ফেলছেন।

not suitable for iOS . App is shutting down after few seconds minutes of use, requiring you to uninstall and reinstall it after each use.After every install you are able to use it for few minutes but once you stop it you have to reinstall it to use it again.

DocTime app service is poor!
Someone recommended me the app. The doctor did not listen to the problems the patient have yet gave a big lectures on medical terms. Then simply send a formal prescription. First time is probably my last time with this app!

Cannot register as doctor using iphone app
I tried using the app, but there was no option to join as a doctor. I tried the website, but when I click the link saying “for doctors” that link redirects me to a frozen page inside the app. Please fix this issue
