Crashes after selecting refill history
Latest version now crashes when trying to view my refill history. 10.30.3 on iPhone with iOS 26.3.

Basically unusable
Seems to be down for maintenance and bugging out more than it works. Seriously bad.
Super Frustrating
They keep sending me messages saying I’m out of data. I topped up twice in the last three days which should be enough for two months service, but the service ends after one day. This has happened twice. Called Customer Service and all I get is a recording telling me to top up again! Stuck in Bangkok with no data! Thanks Dtac!

วันนี้เปิดแอปไม่ได้เลย จะดูวันหมดแพคแกจหรือเติมเงินก็ทำอะไรไม่ได้ ขึ้นป้ายมาแต่ว่าเกิดข้อผิดพลาด บอกให้รีเฟชรหน้าจอ แต่ทำแล้วก็ไม่ได้ผล ปิดเครื่องก็แล้วยังไม่ได้ผล แก้ไขด่วนนะคะต้องใช้ค่ะ

Too much error even now I want to buy package it won’t let me!! It keep saying check your internet brotherrrrrr I already pay my top up and most of the time it glitch sometimes it not smooth to use it. It glitch out I been yawing for 3 years nothing changes
Pre-paid card is not working for Internet
I always purchase yearly and 6-month prepaid data packages with 4Mbps speed. My current plan is set to expire next month, but the data service stopped working a month early - even though there should still be a month remaining on my plan. This is very frustrating. I’m a loyal dtac customer, but this issue keeps happening whenever my plans are nearing expiration.

Mit anderen Worten, diese App funktioniert eher schlecht als recht da von 2 sim Karten und 2 Handys lediglich eine aktiv angezeigt wird

The latest update in July 2024 does not work. The registered numbers do not show up.
Terrible App
The app is awful. Everything is slow. It’s confusing. The package history doesn’t show the packages I’ve bought. You can’t extend any packages - you have to buy new ones that may not be aligned. Thee data rates that you purchase are not clear. The history is a mess. There’s basically no customer support. It’s truly bad.
