Useless app

It was never told that this app would not dub a longer video. It only takes a 30 second or so clip. Anything bigger is clipped. I was not happy for that reason so I asked for a refund but they declined.

The lips sink makes the mouth look really bad, it is cool to hear my voice in another language but I'm laughing at how the mouth looks

I loved this company so much till they actually got my money since it has become nothing but junk times ten really don’t give your money to a company that thinks it deserves your money and they can change their business whenever and you have to take it shame on you and the scam you’re running

Bait and switch app

I bought this app 100% for the video editing capabilities. One day they just disappeared and I was told “yeah we just decided to only do audio so tough luck”. I literally only got to use the app for 2 months before now it is useless to the very reason I paid for it. No refund offered and the audio features aren’t even that good. The text to speak reads like a robot and the mouth sync is horrible. It would be one thing If bought this for the audio specifically. To pay for an app that’s advertised to do one thing and then the literally stop allowing it to do that one thing makes no sense. It’s like Pizza Hut taking your pizza order and then when you go to pick it up they tell you all we sell is pasta now but they keep your money for the pizza you paid for!

I paid for this app and now I can’t create videos or animations anymore

I previously rated it 5 stars, but now I can't. I've sent them numerous emails to find out what's happening, but I haven't received any response. I can't believe I paid for lifetime access to AI videos, and now they've removed it! Now it's only voice AI. What a scam!

Beware:

I have tried many different apps, but Dub Ai is by far the absolute worst. The functionality is completely unreliable, and it crashes constantly, making it unusable. The interface is confusing and cluttered, and whenever I try to use any feature, it only leads to more frustration. Customer support is nonexistent; every time I've reached out with issues, I received no help or response. Save yourself the headache and avoid this app at all costs!

This app doesn’t do anything it shows. Videos are five seconds and wrong. Celebrity voices don’t even sound close. Waste of time and money. Hard pass. You will be sorry if you waste your money on this.

In advertising no even information about payable service. I came from instagram and ad there said: just take to try it - create some awesome video! No it’s not true - bull seat!
