Where did watchlist go?
Latest updated removed watchlist for accounts you could monitor on the Home Screen, seems like a mis step to remove that feature
App won’t open after investing multiple $k
After using the app and investing a couple thousand dollars into it every time I try to open the app and just close on me because of some I’ve restarted my phone and this has not been fixed.
Assistance
Finance is not my area of expertise. I hope profit can be found in trusting others with knowledge in this field. There’s logic here and I hope it proves lucrative.
Money stolen from them
I tried to wothdraw over $600 I did. And they took it all but $22 dollars after I sold all my stocks. Where is my money. Nobody will get back to me and all you get is bots answering questions. Please look elsewhere
Access to app
I have an account with Dub and have been trying to access the app and it won’t let me. It keeps crashing before it opens. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve hard shut down my phone and turned it back on and still nothing.
won't load; no support
app won't load and just cycles at logo then shuts off. support just gives a canned response to uninstall and reinstall, then they stopped responding
Worst customer service ever
The app itself and idea is decent. However, beware of trying to sell shares. Tried to sell some shares and even though it said it was sold it never showed up in my account and I wasn’t even able to withdraw anything. Reached out to customer service three times and they never got back to me. Seems like app has major withdrawal and selling issues. Use at your own risk, would not recommend at all.

Invest if you want to Lose Money
I downloaded the dub app last year around this time in July. I invested in the top earning portfolio at the time which was Brett Simba. It started out decent and I made around 5% profit. Since then I have now lost over 52% of my total investment. I have lost over 5 figures by investing into this app. I would highly recommend throwing your money directly into the S&P 500 because this app is a joke. I lost all of my money.

Buyer Beware. I canceled membership first day of trial. Was still charged when trial ended. Shady.

Amazing app for investors who trade on a whim. I’m reckless by nature but when it comes to dub you invest and forget and your investments grows and rebalanced without your intervention and monitoring! Love it!

stole my money
i didn't fully complete signing up for my account didn't accept the terms and agreement or anything then a week later 89 dollars was taken out my account for a subscription that i didn't even sign up for
8 month review $$$ loss
I had high hopes for this app. It seemed like a great idea. Now I’m thankful I didn’t invest much in dub. I chose several dub advisor ran stock profiles that claimed 200% to over 300% gains. Well, I’m down 40%. Not even including the yearly fee to use dub. How is it possible that their expert advisors are down 40% in 8 months after claiming they had such high gains. I am no expert and the stocks that I chose myself on other investment apps are doing great. I wouldn’t recommend dub. I’m being generous with 2 stars.

Not a good platform
Definitely be careful what you do. I’m not saying this app is a scam but no good. My account is always in the negative. These are apparently professional traders that you are following, but I have done nothing with this platform but lose money. I have what’s called the founders access meaning I’ve been here for a long time so I only the $10 a month for the app but for those are new have to pay for each person you follow you are going to do nothing but throw your money in the trash I guarantee it so if you want to try it out, go ahead but don’t invest a lot of money in it seriously I’ve lost thankfully not a lot of money but everything I’ve done in this app has been a loss

App is down and has been down for almost a week. I am very concerned now for my money and will escalate to the FDIC, FINRA and SEC

Very good app. After losing so much money in the stock market by doing it myself, I found this app and it’s making me some money.

Emailing prefilled responses to a customer without addressing the real problem is not a customer support resolution.
I’ve engaged with the app in various ways to ensure functionality and it can be a hit or miss.
UPDATE:
Dub’s support will dive into your ticket as your concern becomes escalated. The management team provided an incentive for the inconveniences I had experienced, which was an act of generosity most companies aren’t even trained to provide towards retainment these days.
