Worst app
Keeps losing the link to emirates skywards account. It needs receipt number to be added manually.

For such an iconic shopping mall to have such a terrible app is quite insane, it’s clear that the owners couldn’t care less. Constantly crashes and bugs galore.

Navigation
Works great to navigate around the mall. However, sometimes it tries to route you through a bathroom corridor that is not open or a parking lot which is not desirable. It would be helpful to have clearer instructions about what floor to go to when taking an elevator or escalator. The app just says to take it or go one floor difference but doesn’t tell you what floor you’re supposed to end up on.

The most stupid process
I was told if i spend money in dubai mall i can upload the receipt and get the skyward miles so i did just to find out later on the receipt i uploaded was rejected one by one by sitting one reason and another and the most bizarre was the receipt restaurant gave me was copy of the original and when i explained that is correct because i paid with card and i assume restaurant would keep the original but that was still not satisfactory for them i mean how stupid you need to be for not understand this simple fact

Very very bad app
Impossible to use as it freezes all the time. Hire adequate IT specialists and stop embarrassing yourself.
And a word of advice regarding the navigation - make it so when the desired destination is selected it is simply highlighted on the map first and only after ask if the visitor wants you to show him the route. There is a big chance that the visitor already knows the mall well enough without wanting you to point the exact way and just seeing the shop highlighted on the map is sufficient for his needs. Stop wasting your customers time otherwise they will keep using google maps instead.

As much as I am happy with the point system, I have to say I am very disappointed as most of my big ticket invoices were not acknowledged . Shame

Navigation is not working
Used to the navigation is not working - even app restarted. It shows my position and I select the destination (navigate) but nothing happens.

There are so many steps, first you need to take a picture, then you need to report the store, then you need to write down the day, and then how much it costs. It would be great if you could just take a picture and send it.

I stayed in Dubai for about 10 days. I have already been to this mall 4-5 times.
