I’ve not been able to request a police clearance certificate on the app today. Somehow my email address is now showing up and I’m unable to edit it. Very unhelpful unfortunately

I called police,they told me to apply through App, the app does not work, I came to Al Adeed centre , staff kept me waiting 4 hours , even when I have the token, and then told me to come next day, I don’t have salary since March and when you complain to MOHRE THEY TELL US TO GO TO COURT , Dubai Police app not working. What shall we do as an EXPAT IF THE GOVERNMENT OF UAE WILL DISMISS US FROM EVERYWHERE . PLEASE HELP US.

As these UAE defence and POLICE are one of the few places in the world that still hold the title of NOBLE professionals
, in my viewpoint and experience, to date.
I take a BOW and SALUTE.
And should you ever need us to fight the front line. To save the nation and its people , count me in.

Easy to navigate and use.
The app is easy to navigate and complete multiple transactions across the services provided by the police. It allows you to complete these without having to visit a police station and in many cases the requests are completed immediately.

This application is fantastic as it is very efficient.
Bugs
The latest version has lot of bugs. Now none of the applications supporting ios 17 or below. App crashes while opening
Web version also not working as expected. Design and UI looks good. But its mandatory to have the full functionality and smooth operation with out hang. Hope the developer team will improve this in very soon
