How is this a live app?

Possibly the worst app I have ever used. Unintuitive, non response, technical errors. Shocking that this has made it onto the live App Store.

Car details cannot be saved

The app does not save car plate detail forcing me to re-enter them EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This is such a simple yet necessary feature that is not fixed for at least half a year already. I don’t know that this company is doing all that time, but I’m not happy I have to pay for such terrible service.

The software that increased my fine

The status is out of sync; after being charged, there's no order, making it impossible to determine success. This happens frequently, and I've been repeatedly bothered by it, already incurring fines of several hundred dirhams.

Extreme bugs and Overcharging

Dear All,

If you’re using iPhone and apple do not use this app. I specifically request all to not use the subscription request through the app. I wanted a 1 month subscription they charged me 3 months money. When I raised complaint they asked for proof. I dint have. Next time kept taking screenshots at all steps the same bug again lost money. Raised complaint again. Happened in an interval of 3 months. No checking. Even the payment receipt says 1 month subscription, but charged for 3 months. Very sad such a big institution not understanding issues. Customer care said they never faced any issues before. SO PLEASE BE AWARE.
