No Payment Confirmation, led Me AED 150 Fine
When I completed the payment, the app immediately returned to the payment page. The payment option disappeared, and I had to wait around 30 minutes without any confirmation. There was no message to tell me whether the payment was successful, failed, or still processing.
I tried multiple times, refreshed the app repeatedly, and kept checking my email, but there was no notification or update at all. The next morning, I received a parking fine of AED 150 because I couldn’t confirm whether my subscription had been activated.
An app that handles parking payments should provide instant payment confirmation and clear status updates. If there are technical issues, users should be informed immediately instead of being left guessing. This experience cost me both time and money.
Please fix the payment flow and notification system before more customers receive unnecessary fines due to app issues.
Worst app
Top make matters worse, their customer service representatives are extremely rude, unhelpful and unwilling to understand the customer’s concerns. They simply insist that there is no issue on their end and tell you to contact your bank for a refund instead of taking any accountability.
This is one of the worst apps i have ever used, backed by some of the poorest customer service i have experienced. The complete lack of accountability, combined with rude and unprofessional representatives, makes the entire experience incredibly frustrating.

Extreme bugs and Overcharging
If you’re using iPhone and apple do not use this app. I specifically request all to not use the subscription request through the app. I wanted a 1 month subscription they charged me 3 months money. When I raised complaint they asked for proof. I dint have. Next time kept taking screenshots at all steps the same bug again lost money. Raised complaint again. Happened in an interval of 3 months. No checking. Even the payment receipt says 1 month subscription, but charged for 3 months. Very sad such a big institution not understanding issues. Customer care said they never faced any issues before. SO PLEASE BE AWARE.

Overpriced
Country should really reduce the fees to have your car stationary on this country’s roads
Owning a. Car is become a curse more than a blessing
Worst part is even if you pay for a parking for many hours and when the deadline expires and you were even late by two minutes, you get fined by the silly cars that drive past you with the cameras
Frustrating system honestly, they have a lot to learn from foreign western countries
It’s almost impossible to speak to an agent on the phone or the app. I tried to submit a permit for my brother who is a POD temporarily that also got rejected
like nothing about this app is worth appreciating all their services don’t work properly except when it comes to taking your money, that part works just fine.
