Much needed app for the community, everything in one place maintenance requests, contract renewal and news about what's going on I the neighborhood...so happy they came up with this app. Everything works smoothly.
Always Slow and Error
I updated the App hoping ng that they fix the speed or the error or any bugs but was so disappointed that the maintenance request was removed! I only use this app to request for maintenance and nothing else. Very disappointing. Im wondering why Dubai Properties a big company cannot even make a good app.

The history of services is not well organized. So many services still open and new requests are not showing.
International city
Avoid renting from them in international city This is a bad company that does not care about its customers. If you own a car, you will face serious parking issues. When you contact customer service, they simply tell you to call Parkin instead of taking responsibility or offering a real solution. Very disappointing experience.”

Card Management in App
If I do not have any dependency with credit card, why app not allowing to remove credit card. And security measures are not up to mark. I am not sure any CCV is storing. Credit card is not a facility given, it is a burden, why I say it. Credit card has a risk with limit , card can be compromised any time. So, banks has identified those and introduced freeze facility or temporary block, so, every customer use it and they in freeze when they want to make a payment. So, card transactions has limited window and risk is less, but for this app.. we don’t have facility when ever we need to pay, it is scheduled base. What if transactions not happening as per plan, then lot of hassle right, that why I say burden. Customer can not plan as per statement date, or plan max grace period, promotion offer, etc. I guess it need look for convenience if we digitilize it, it should be custom centric.. not as per principles monetary benefits.. look for ethical usage of app with regards to storing credit card details, not much of consent are not mentioned what app does to be transparent. Take on positive note..
