Request to Enable Editing Option for Advance Postpaid Bill Payments
Dear Dubai Now Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to request an enhancement in the Dubai Now application regarding advance postpaid bill payments for Etisalat and Du. Currently, there is no option to edit the payment amount while making an advance bill payment. This limitation makes it difficult to adjust payments as per individual requirements.
I kindly request you to enable the editing feature for advance postpaid bill payments to improve user flexibility and convenience. Please let me know if this feature can be added in future updates.

التطبيق غاية في السوق والمعاملة سيئة أحاول الدخول عشرات المرات ولا استطيع الدخول رغم أن اسم المستخدم ورقم الدخول صح ومع ذلك أستطيع الدخول معاملة معقدة قدمت الفيزا بعد إشارات المرات من محاولة الدخول وأخذ المبلغ لأني ورفضوا المعاملة لأني لم أذكر الاسم الوسطاني في الجواز هذا الأمر سيئ جدا ولم استطع استرداد

The ease of paying
I have had nothing but a good experience. I have had no issues with security breach or anything. I was hoping I could add my gas and cooler bills as well.
Not working
Error: “service provider is currently not responding”. Have been trying for several days.
Can’t get past the first sign up page
Frustrating experience. Newer iPhone and can’t get past the sign up page. Hit the “continue” button, shows something is processing, then nothing.
App restarts
The app after the update n even prior to the new update gets verified by UAE PASS and then takes u back to the login page n this goes on like a loop preventing access to the app.
App not working properly
Nowadays App is very slow and not working properly, taking too time to load.
Logging out
Hope this update fixes the problem of logging out all the time

UAEPass integration not working
Whenever I try and login via UAEPass, Dubai now app crashes. Other government applications which integrate with UAE Pass are working fine.

Number plate already transferred is still showing in the app

What used to be a ground breaking app is now sadly quite poor.
Layout is clunky. Many services frequently do not work or crash like residency. No point to the app if the linked services don’t work properly.

Amazing but …
I’ve used the app for several years for almost everything I wanted to do in terms or transaction however the past few weeks, whenever I try to do anything, the app crashes and I receive error messages. Uninstalled and reinstalled, updated and still crashes at every function… Please don’t let this destroy what you built till date as the concept of Dubai Now App is just amazing.
