Couldn’t have been more excited to find a platform that allows me to do alllllll of the things I need to as a Sales Agent for selling Homes?! Dubb is the perfect way to stay “relevant” and “top of the mind” to your network and remain as personable as possible. Easy to navigate through when you don’t know much about the tech world.. also their support they’ve got on hand; immensely grateful for how helpful and supportive they are to assisting however they can. I love it. Worth every penny!

Dubb Vs BombBomb
I went from being a bombbomb user to a Dubb hardcore enthusiast because first of all Dubb is more affordable and has more tools I can actually use especially in the CRM field. Some might say say bombbomb is more user friendly and i heard people say Dubb was a bit overwhelming but they actually walk you step by step if needed however after one day of using the platform it felt more natural and actually focuses on analytics. I was able to increase my conversion rate by 44% ! I love how after prospects can visit my landing page and view more videos i put up relating to services and see what videos are actually being viewed and are converting

The thought that has been put into this app makes making videos so easy! Editing, adding text, sending with a landing page with links to websites, forms…I haven’t found the end of the ingenuity yet. Learning new things every day.

Dubb is a must!!

Overcharging
App was fair at best. I canceled the subscription 3 months ago and they are still charging me. They keep saying they don’t do refunds and for whatever reason they can seem to “find” any record of my cancellation. It seem it’s design to limit your ability to cancel the subscription and when you do they still keep charging. I had to call my bank to report them.

I am impressed at how many way you can integrate your videos emails, websites and text messages and get feedback on views. Dubb is the Swiss army knife if video tools. Dubb Mobile app is an excellent, many ways to enhance, edit, and update contacts on the fly! Dubb gets better everytime!

Be careful
Be careful when you purchase they put you in an auto renewal and you can’t turn it off. They don’t send a reminder that your subscription is coming due. I’m all about subscriptions but I paid for a year and didn’t use it as it didn’t work for what I needed. So not being able to cancel the day after they auto renew you is crazy! The only way to turn off auto renew is to delete your whole account but they keep the yearly fee.
