Mobile app upload speed
Seems like it just never uploads… 1 min videos take forever… even when not 4k
Sick of login issues!
I have over 1500 videos on this platform. Would give 5 stars but the app keeps locking up and then their double frustrating login process is not worth its security. Please fix!!!!!!

Functional but uploads take forever
I use the paid version of BombBomb as well as the paid version of Loom and one similar disadvantage they share is that if you use the record feature in the app without a solid Wi-Fi or cellular connection, you will lose your video as they do not back up within the app prior to uploading. So in those circumstances, you have to record with your device and then upload to BombBomb, which is an unnecessary extra step and takes more time because uploading is very slow. Especially for longer videos. So I recommend recording on your lowest resolution setting before uploading to help save time. It would be much better when recording in the app for it to store the video within the app itself, and then upload to the cloud once on a strong signal.

Game changer
I love this service. What sets them apart is the training to get you proficient at sending videos. When to send a video, what the content should be, everything is explained. The app is super easy and the integrations make life simple. I can drop a video into anything at any time. These guys are great. I went from $700,000 in sales to 2.7 million when I started using Bombbomb. I am in Home sales, so having my customers say they feel like they know me when I ring their doorbell changes everything.
