I love the new updates!!!
I loved BombBomb before but these new updates are INCREDIBLE! thank you for continuing to make your app even better. I use it to stay in front of all my customers and can’t recommend it enough 🔥
Thank you for the update!!
Wow, this new update is great! I love using this app on the go and sending a video right after an appointment, so thank you guys for updating the experience.
Mobile app upload speed
Seems like it just never uploads… 1 min videos take forever… even when not 4k
Sick of login issues!
I have over 1500 videos on this platform. Would give 5 stars but the app keeps locking up and then their double frustrating login process is not worth its security. Please fix!!!!!!
Always glitchy and uploads take forever
Love the service, hate the app
Functional but uploads take forever
I use the paid version of BombBomb as well as the paid version of Loom and one similar disadvantage they share is that if you use the record feature in the app without a solid Wi-Fi or cellular connection, you will lose your video as they do not back up within the app prior to uploading. So in those circumstances, you have to record with your device and then upload to BombBomb, which is an unnecessary extra step and takes more time because uploading is very slow. Especially for longer videos. So I recommend recording on your lowest resolution setting before uploading to help save time. It would be much better when recording in the app for it to store the video within the app itself, and then upload to the cloud once on a strong signal.

Game changer
I love this service. What sets them apart is the training to get you proficient at sending videos. When to send a video, what the content should be, everything is explained. The app is super easy and the integrations make life simple. I can drop a video into anything at any time. These guys are great. I went from $700,000 in sales to 2.7 million when I started using Bombbomb. I am in Home sales, so having my customers say they feel like they know me when I ring their doorbell changes everything.

Great app…great service
Love BB and the ease of use...I have all my agents using this great tool. Keep rocking. We have grown considerably with BB and my SOC TOOLS. THNX AGAIN
Not all that
Slow uploads. Poor edit in app. Audio missing almost every video.
Love Bomb Bomb!
Truly helps me keep in touch with my clients and build my business!
Needs wide angle camera access
As a real estate agent, this really needs a wide angle camera access for iPhone. It makes the interior of homes look much better without having to pan around so much to see a whole room. Otherwise it’s a good app/platform.
Fun ez effective
EZ button for quick routine messaging to your customers…it’s fun too!
So easy to use!
It’s very easy to make and upload videos. The analytics that come with each video are super helpful.
They need to add Instagram to organization contacts. My company is most accessible and marketable through instagram.
More template options would be great.

The best
The best thing ever. I don’t know why I didn’t start using this sooner.
Video on the go!
Love it!
Not worth it
Great idea but poorly executed. Steep learning curve, glitchy, and not MAC friendly make this a pass for me.
Spam junk
My emails are going to junk
Poor integration
Won’t integrate with chime
I like it but needs improvement
I’m a pretty heavy user and people love me sending videos. App gives me problems. Here lately the videos don’t show up in my feed. Says no videos and I have hundreds. I love it but not the app. All it does well is upload videos. Past that, not much.
New to BombBomb plus..
I can’t believe the things you can do with this version.. I am so pleased!!
