Logged out daily
I will login… 30 minutes later, somebody messages… Try to respond, but the app logged me out… this happens several times per day… why can I not stay logged in?

App keeps crahisng when looking at inventory. And logging me out when trying to use it. Heaven forbid I have a customer reach out and can answer them without having to re-login like 3 times a day. Previous app was leaps and bounds better than this junk

I’m confused how you are even supposed to use this app with this many bugs and issues nonstop. Fix your product, or take it off the app store.

Update made the app worse
If you click the tab for customer information… It causes the app to completely crash… this did not happen before the update… also why am I being forced to login multiple times per day? It’s absolutely absurd.
Constantly kicking you off the app
Looking to happen to a chat constantly kicking you off the app. This app means major improvement. I don’t even know why we pay for a service that doesn’t work.
