I’m confused how you are even supposed to use this app with this many bugs and issues nonstop. Fix your product, or take it off the app store.

Update made the app worse
If you click the tab for customer information… It causes the app to completely crash… this did not happen before the update… also why am I being forced to login multiple times per day? It’s absolutely absurd.
Constantly kicking you off the app
Looking to happen to a chat constantly kicking you off the app. This app means major improvement. I don’t even know why we pay for a service that doesn’t work.

How are you supposed to help people?
The latest update for Gubagoo on my iPhone has made the app unusable. Every time I load the app it just shows a black screen. I’ve waited, nothing happens. Just a blank black screen. For the majority of us, this is how we make our living. Being the first to respond and offer help. I’m lucky I have a laptop which the app still works on. I feel bad for the people that don’t. They’re stuck losing clients and potential revenue to support themselves. Thank you for the update!

Great website, terrible app
The app constantly crashes and logs you out and as of now it doesn’t even open after uninstalling and reinstalling. The app is buggy and outdated when it does work as well.
Worst App ever use
I have to rely on this app every day but it lets me down so much. I have not seen any kind of improvement in the app over the last couple of years that I have been using it. Disappointing.

I just updated it and now the app has stopped working completely! Won’t even open up the login screen!
Constant bugs
If it’s updates or not it doesn’t load you in, the ai chat assistants are terrible and needs a lot of refinement. The entire sales team was forced to update the app and not isn’t working.

Please fix this app
I work at a car dealership and we use this app for customer chats we get, almost every day it freezes on me, kicks me out, or won’t take my correct login information. Most of what I use the app for is time sensitive. Please fix this or update it.
Black screens
If they can fix the black screen that happens this app wouldn’t suck. But sometime after filling the lead form out it’ll black screen and now you can’t respond to people which makes you look stupid….
Just bad
Always logged out, app crashes constantly. Even with the app being up to date or restarted, the app will more than half the time crash immediately after opening. It’s always been this way and makes answering chats a big hit or miss. You’re auto logged out so frequently that many chats are just missed if you aren’t constantly checking to make sure that you’re logged in / re-sign in.
