Always needs to be updated, why??? Always logging me out, why??? How is this company still in business?!
Logged out daily
I will login… 30 minutes later, somebody messages… Try to respond, but the app logged me out… this happens several times per day… why can I not stay logged in?

App keeps crahisng when looking at inventory. And logging me out when trying to use it. Heaven forbid I have a customer reach out and can answer them without having to re-login like 3 times a day. Previous app was leaps and bounds better than this junk
Constant bugs
Theres constant bugs all the time. They fix them - but for an online chat the AI is okay but if you don’t rescue it chances are it’ll burn 60% of leads but is good at collecting information.

I’m confused how you are even supposed to use this app with this many bugs and issues nonstop. Fix your product, or take it off the app store.

Update made the app worse
If you click the tab for customer information… It causes the app to completely crash… this did not happen before the update… also why am I being forced to login multiple times per day? It’s absolutely absurd.

Hi guys, I love using your app, but after years of use, it keeps crashing, logging me out, sometimes after submitting the lead, the chat goes black. Hopefully you guys can resolve these issues please! Thank you :)
Constantly kicking you off the app
Looking to happen to a chat constantly kicking you off the app. This app means major improvement. I don’t even know why we pay for a service that doesn’t work.

Right now I am experiencing a pure black screen after most recent update … But when this app works, it is good

This app is awful. Constantly flashing screen and going black. I miss customers because of it. And randomly logging me out throughout the work day. I was also just forced to update today, 7/9/2026. And now the app is just a black screen! I can’t open it at all! Deleted and reinstalled several times. Just a black screen. This is costing me money in lost sales!

How are you supposed to help people?
The latest update for Gubagoo on my iPhone has made the app unusable. Every time I load the app it just shows a black screen. I’ve waited, nothing happens. Just a blank black screen. For the majority of us, this is how we make our living. Being the first to respond and offer help. I’m lucky I have a laptop which the app still works on. I feel bad for the people that don’t. They’re stuck losing clients and potential revenue to support themselves. Thank you for the update!

Great website, terrible app
The app constantly crashes and logs you out and as of now it doesn’t even open after uninstalling and reinstalling. The app is buggy and outdated when it does work as well.
Worst App ever use
I have to rely on this app every day but it lets me down so much. I have not seen any kind of improvement in the app over the last couple of years that I have been using it. Disappointing.

Constant bugs
If it’s updates or not it doesn’t load you in, the ai chat assistants are terrible and needs a lot of refinement. The entire sales team was forced to update the app and not isn’t working.

Please fix this app
I work at a car dealership and we use this app for customer chats we get, almost every day it freezes on me, kicks me out, or won’t take my correct login information. Most of what I use the app for is time sensitive. Please fix this or update it.
