Dub Charge really sold me flower that belongs in a museum for ancient artifacts. This stuff was so dry I’m convinced it’s been sitting out since the dinosaurs left. I opened the bag and the nugs practically evaporated on sight. Sahara-level dry. Dust-in-the-wind dry.
And the taste? BRO. It didn’t taste like weed — it tasted like someone dipped it in bargain-bin glass cleaner and prayed no one would notice. If I wanted something that tasted like Windex fumes, I’d clean my windows and call it a day.
Customer service made the whole thing even worse. Instead of owning the issue, they hit me with the “sorry, nothing we can do” script and tried to slide me a 15% off coupon like that would magically make my lungs forget the chemical aftertaste. That’s not customer service — that’s a trap.
This wasn’t me “not liking the product.” This was receiving flower so dry and chemical-tasting it should’ve come with a warning label and a fire extinguisher. How do you possibly defend selling that? They're also selling fake carts as seen on Reddit so beware??
