Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Mindset 420 at every 3 weeks against DubCharge's every 7 months. DubCharge's advantage is ratings volume (373 vs 34) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for DubCharge against 4.8 for Mindset 420. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DubCharge has 373 ratings behind it against 34, so its average is the more settled of the two.
