Borderline scam
I had a subscription for a basic membership for a capper and then decided to give the gold a chance and switched my membership to gold… well they only would let me use the rest of my basic membership toward the gold which was whatever so then I decided to cancel the reoccurring subscription. Well months later I come to find out they kept charging me for months of service without emailing me or me even setting it up for that matter. Instead of helping me they then told me I would be banned for asking for my money back when all I want is at least the compensation or at least months of the subscription where I actually know I have it. Customer service was awful too, they didn’t even attempt to help me out they just blamed me.

Platform continued to charge me after not renewing a sub. When I disputed charge with CC company they threatened to ban me if I didn’t withdraw my claim. CC company decided in my favor. Take print screens to protect yourself because they care more about a few extra months of sub $$ than their customers.

Horrible App
The customer service on this app is horrible, if you have a issue and try to contact someone via email either takes you 48 hours or they will not respond. And they will not refund your money on anything. Don’t waste your time with this app.
New update
I do feel bad the cappers I follow will no longer be receiving my subscription fee but this app update had left me no choice. Removing the ability to “copy” the text within picks making them impossible to effectively track may be the dumbest app update in the history of Apple.
Helps scammers
This app is terrible, if you want a refund even for any legit reason if a scammer is lying to you over their services, they have a no refund policy that makes all sales final regardless, would avoid as it’s easier for scammers to use

I had two subscriptions going at the same time for some reason. Reached out to customer service to cancel one after turning auto renewal off. Won't refund the charge. Why would I need 2 subscriptions for the same service. Customer service was no help

Poor customer service
Got auto renewed on a subscription, which was fine. Until there wasn’t a single play or post given. When I tried addressing this with Customer Service Rep Matt Dudek I was just given a template email that refunds goes against their policy and infringes on the cappers privacy of their information. So essentially, I’m paying for nothing.
