Scammers and Spam
Almost half of the users seem to be spam or scammers. Dubizzle need to stop letting so many spam accounts
Rejected after going on live
i had done some changes in my ad which was already on live. But now the is rejecting stating that it was on wrong category and the worst part the amount is not refundable. this really unfair. As a fair business practice, you should allow us to correct the ad without any additional charges

Dubizzle has become outrageously expensive and completely unreasonable. Charging around AED 750 just to post a simple ad—whether it’s a car or any other item—is pure nonsense and feels like exploitation of users.
After paying these inflated fees, sellers are still bombarded with time-wasting offers from random people who have no serious intention to buy. The platform provides no meaningful filtering or protection despite the high cost.
What makes the experience even worse is the customer service, which has been consistently rude, unresponsive, and frankly useless when assistance is needed.
For a company operating in the UAE market, this pricing model and level of service are unacceptable. Users deserve far better value and professionalism than what is currently being delivered

Cannot change country on the app
It’s frustrating not being able to change country easily on the app, I moved from the UAE to Egypt and I can’t find a section on the app where I can change the country! Other regional apps like Talabat do that with a flick of a button! Disappointing …

Dubizzle is extremely helpful for buying and selling items both . You get genuine customers and dubizzle verifies if there is any scammers as well which is very very good . Each ads we post on dubizzle is carefully reviewed before it’s made live so they have a very nice system for reviewing it. I get upset few times when it’s rejected but still they review it is very good

Charge & reject
Posted a simple car ad. They charge me 150AED, and then reject the ad with no explanation. Horrible service.

I am searching for a monthly family room on Dubizzle, but facing a serious issue. There are many ads, but when I call the owners, more than 90% say the room is already booked. If it’s booked, then the ad should be removed. Why waste people’s time?
When I asked the owners, they said these are paid ads and if they remove them, they need to pay again. This is not fair. Genuine people who are looking for rooms are not able to find them because of outdated ads.
I request Dubizzle to take strict action against such ads, especially in the Bur Dubai and Al Raffa areas.
