Poor, Misguided UX

Disallowing the pasting of passwords is such backwards security theater. It prevents the use of password managers and encourages short, easy to remember (and thus break) passwords that are re-used in other accounts. Whatever PM decided this was a good “feature” needs to educate him/herself.

Not always accessible

We downloaded the app when it first came out and it worked great for a few weeks. Now, neither my husband nor I can get into it at all after several attempts on different days. I ended up deleting the app as useless.
