Terrible app but the courts are ok

With nearly 5 stars, I assume everyone is reviewing the facility which is fine. But the app is terrible. First of, it fails at its most basic function which is to show the price of the courts. Maybe it tells you the price after you complete the booking but I never got that far. I wanted to reserve a court for me and my wife (singles play is a thing) but it seems you need four people to reserve a court.

Also, after you join, you can keep signing up for full price memberships (rather than adding reduced price family memberships) because the app doesn’t prompt you to add a family member. It just says, “ Oh you want to pay full price again? Sure, go for it.”

Also, there’s a place to upload “Proof of Residency” Why is this even a thing? Do you think anyone wants to upload a government issue ID to play pickle ball? Is this “proof of residency” part of some future (ill advised enhancement)? If it is, why is it visible now? Here’s a tip: just remove it.

Lastly, people are usually looking for something specific when they open an app (e.g. league signup, match signup, open play). It might be useful to have separate buttons for these things when people open the app, so they can go directly to what they’re looking for without having to search around on the app.

Anyway, this app is poorly organized. It’s missing key features (the cost of a court??), an has additional, mysterious, unexplained features.

It’s just terrible.

Large facility devoted to attracting pickleball players AND creating a whole generation of new players. Excellent instructors, comfortable design, sociable atmosphere. Recommended highly.

Suggestion

It would be nice to see everything going on by looking at a weekly or monthly calendar.
