Logs me out always
Every time I’m in the app, I do one or two thing and I’m auto logged out super frustrating
Horrible function. Added steps. Poor booking.
Not only does it make me search “Nashville” every single time I open the app even though it tracks my location which is maddening - it suggests other locations for me to pick but not the one I need. And I’m a member. Also - booking private lessons and other parts of the app aren’t seemingly functional. No coach has any availability in the app schedule . But if I text them there is always availability. My experience at Padel Haus has been amazing but whoever they paid to manage this app is damaging the relationship I have with Padel Haus, that’s how bad it is.

App does not load
There is a bug where the app no longer starts up and just shows the splash screen forever. Deleting and reinstalling does not even help
App doesn’t open on load
Super unfortunate, but the app simply doesn’t open on load. Tried to restart, uninstall, and reinstall the app, but it’s impossible to use as it hangs on the splash screen. Would update this rating in a heartbeat if it works…
Lacking apple pay
