App is glitchy but generally works to book class. Impossible to navigate if you need to contact the NYP team (no phone number to call, chat function is a bot, and they take DAYS to get back to you via email.

Calendar feature doesn’t work
After scheduling classes, I click the calendar icon but nothing happens. It would be super helpful to be able to quickly add all of my classes to my calendar, and/or get reminders from the app when I have a class coming up
Won’t let me book
I purchased a class package and the app won’t even let me use it and book. When I pick a class and go to book to prompts me to purchase more packages! I can see my class package but it’s like frozen and can’t be used.
