Jeder Smartphonehalter ist besser als Ducati Connect
Mir ist absolut unverständlich, wieso es kein Apple CarPlay bei einem Premiumhersteller wie Ducati gibt. Stattdessen wird man gezwungen, diesen Sonderweg über Ducati Connect zu gehen. Sobald die Zündung bei einem Zwischenhalt einmal aus ist, darf man den lästigen Verbindungsprozess erneut machen. Dabei ist es mir als Endkunden egal, dass der Zeittreiber hierbei wohl der erneut hochfahrende WLAN-Spot der Ducati selbst - es nervt einfach. Warum nicht verbinden über den USB-Port im Handyfach? Wenn wenigstens eine gescheite Navigation angeboten werden würde, wäre das vielleicht nur halb so schlimm. Aber nach einer längeren Tour durch das Elsass bin ich nun zum Schluss gekommen, dass sowohl Ducati Connect als auch die aufgezwungene Navi-App Sygic in ihrer aktuellen Form (KW32 2026) auf einer 26er Pikes Peak absoluter M… sind. Sygic stürzt öfters mal ab und das einzig Positive daran ist, dass man GPX einlesen kann. Aber wehe, man will das GPX in Sygic bearbeiten —> Absturz.

- schnelleres/stabileres Wiederverbinden nach einem kurzen Halt
- Anbieten anderer Navi-Apps (z.B. Apple Karten, Google Maps)

It keeps disconnecting and at times the screen is black for hours. It is highly distracting while driving and useless. Fix it! Unless you’re using this to promote the sale of your gps…
Da migliorare la compatibilità wi-fi con Bluetooth
App abbastanza buona, lenta nella connessione e veloce nel mantenere la traccia e nelle informazioni. Consuma in maniera elevata la batteria del cellulare, quindi si rende necessario averlo sempre collegato alla ricarica. Il collegamento Wi-fi va in contrasto con quello bluetooth del tft impedendo di effettuare le chiamate. Questo aspetto sarebbe da rivedere.

Eine einzige Katastrophe! Das können andere Hersteller besser. Bis heute ist es nicht möglich, an meiner Pikes Peak eine Verbindung herzustellen. Taugt schlichtweg nichts.
Inaccettabile e pure peggio
Aggiorno se possibile in peggio la recensione sotto di qualche tempo fa. Ora il navigatore non funziona proprio. Quando si prova ad avviare disconnette completamente la moto dal telefono (perché l’app navigatore sul telefono si apre e non rimane in background). Ho mandato varie mail all’assistenza senza risposta.
Per una moto con un costo del genere direi che è proprio uno schifo.

Sono ormai più di 2 anni che la utilizzo, i problemi sono sempre gli stessi e irrisolti da anni. Semplicemente inaccettabile. Durante l’utilizzo il telefono si blocca si surriscalda e diventa inutilizzabile. Dopo così tanto tempo è evidente che manchi la volontà di risolvere.

Frequent freeze instances - not tested/baked out properly - should also be designed to run in the background so the phone does not have to be on the app all the time. Seems like a project from some college kids trying to get a C in class.

J’aimerais savoir pourquoi quand je verrouille mon Iphone pour le mettre dans ma poche je n’ai plus la connexion Sygic avec la moto. Je suis obligé de le laisser allumé et automatiquement, celui-ci chauffe dans la poche. 🤷♂️ je pense que vous êtes au courant du problème, serait-il possible de faire un correctif. Merci 🙏

Screenlock issue
When you lock the screen of iphone it cuts the connection. this terrible because it causes lot of heating and it consumes charge very quickly. so using this app is not practical. how they cannot fix this issue it is unbelievable.

App fatta bene e per il momento senza bug ma VI PREGO, date l’opportunità di poter spegnere lo schermo durante la marcia. Non possiamo sempre tenete lo schermo acceso soprattutto sotto il sole, in estate o sotto la pioggia. Si surriscalda, si rovina, si scarica la batteria. Motivo per il quale la maggior parte delle volte sono costretto a non utilizzare l’app per non voler aver questi problemi col telefono.
Esperienza scritta da me ma condivisa e sottoscritta con e da tutti i biker ducatisti del club e non solo.

So Bad…
SECURITY ISSUES—Do yourself a favor and don’t even try to use this app. It’s very bad including the requirement to have your phone constantly unlocked for it to operate after granting it every permission under the sun.
Nützlich
Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten haben sich die meisten Probleme erledigt. Ich benutze die App jetzt seit einem Jahr in Thailand. Bis jetzt bin ich immer da angekommen wohin ich auch wollte. Da es die einzigste integrierte Lösung ist bleibe ich auch dabei. Verbindungs und Ortungsprobleme habe ich nicht. Bei Stops bleibt die App verbunden und somit ist keine neu Verbindung notwendig. Freue mich über neue Updates

Funktioniert nicht!
Hab mir die Scrambler im Mai unter anderem auch wegen dem Turn by Turn gekauft. Stundenlange Versuche mit dem Händler, mehrmaliges Löschen Und Runterladen und sogar ein Austausch meines Moduls haben nichts gebracht. Ich bekomme einfach keine Verbindung mit meinem IPhone. Es funktioniert nur das Handy aber nicht das Navi über das Display. Aufgrund der anscheinend seit Jahren bestehenden Problemen ist das für mich nicht nachvollziehbar und sehr enttäuschend! Ich werde diesbezüglich mein Geld zurückfordern.

Aplicativo falha muito e é lento. O celular demora conectar com a moto. Podia usar o Apple CarPlay que seria melhor. Em contra partida A Ducati presta um atendimento magnífico. Me respondeu e estão trabalhando na melhoria.
Absolute rubbish
This app is absolutely rubbish, unstable, energy hungry. It might connect, it might not, it might stay connected but probably won’t, it freezes/sticks and consumes your phone battery leaving the phone hot. This app needs a complete revamp and relaunch. For a premium motorcycle it really isn’t good enough

Salve, sono il felice possessore di una Multistrada V4S del 2022 acquistata usata recentemente e devo connettere un iPhone SE con sistema operativo aggiornato 18.5, dotato dell’ultima release della vostra app. Inizialmente non dà problemi ma dopo un po’ di tempo che uso la navigazione il telefono si disconnette, anche togliendo il bloccaggio dello schermo: potete darmi dei consigli per eliminare il problema? È un peccato avere questa possibilità e non poterla usare

O aplicativo até pode ter uma ideia de ser útil ou BOM pra alguém, mas na usabilidade do dia-a-dia é horrível!
Esgota a bateria do celular, esquenta o celular estragando a bateria, é lento e trava direto (perde a conexão).
Não substitui a necessidade de comprar algo mais confiável, como uma tela ou um GPS, pois além de todos esses erros direto trava e para de mostrar o percurso (em longas viagens).
O pior é que uma moto tão tecnologia, tão cara e desejada deixa a desejar em algo tão simples! Um corte de custo muito errado da Ducati!

This app makes me regret the bio
This app and the navigation system on my 2025 Multistrada is so bad that I regret buying the bike. I don’t know who slept with somebody to get this approved or which executive’s nephew was given the contract, but it is absolute garbage.
The app is beyond frustrating to use because it rarely functions enough to use. The phone doesn’t connect to the bike and no amount of fiddling will fix it. When you do manage to get a connection then you have to leave the phone unlocked and the display on, draining your battery. Also, be prepared because the phone will disconnect on a whim. I have both an iPhone and an Android and both have the same issues.
Seriously, do not buy the Ducati with the intention of using this app. Assume that you will need a GPS or phone mount so you can use a real solution.
