Horrible
Every bit of getting the bike paired with my iPhone 17 Pro was a headache. Finally got it paired only to find out the app doesn’t support landscape? Really? In 2026 your app is locked to portrait?

Never worked
Buy a $32k motorcycle, pay extra for connectivity and it never works. I can connect my phone to the bike but the app never sees the bike. It’s wildly frustrating. In a year it has never worked. Email the devs, they never get back to you. So glad I paid extra for these features…

Muy mejorable
Para empezar, creo que cuando uno compra una moto de marca premium, con su precio premium, la marca debe cuidar hasta el más mínimo detalle. En este caso, la aplicación deja mucho que desear.
- Conseguí enlazarla con la moto, pero me costó varios intentos.
- La interfaz es poco intuitiva, mal organizada.
- Y lo peor, no registra los datos de viaje automáticamente. Hay que pulsar start cada vez que quieres que registre los datos de viaje. Ridículo.
Vengo de una BMW, y su aplicación es buena, sencilla y proporciona toda la info que se espera.
Por favor, pongánse manos a la obra, porque esta app es una vergüenza para Ducati.

Crashes at login - not usable
Go to log in, accept terms, gets halfway through loading data and crashes back to the login screen. 🤷🏼♂️
