Not Bad Once You Get In

It took a while to get up and running but once in, the app works! First off all, only a few bikes are supported: newer DesertX, Diavel, XDiavel, Hypermotard, Monster, Streetfighter, Multistrada, Panigale and Scrambler. I believe that you need a Bluetooth module, and a Ducati Navigation license and Turn-by-Turn (TBT) assigned to your bike. It’s a quirky app and I’m still learning but like it so far. I’m using an iPhone 15Pro, Cardo Packtalk EVO, on a 2026 XDiavel V4. The best luck I’ve had for a planned trip, is to create and download your map formatted for GPX. I use the InRoute app and export plans to GPX, then open through Ducati Link. Have the app open, start your bike and have the Bluetooth connect to the bike. Your instrument cluster will then show the turn-by-turn and other settings available. After the bike is started and the bike is connected, I open the Cardo Bluetooth to connect my helmet. Everything works fine! I hope this helps riders out there! I haven’t found any good instruction through Ducati or social media! My next test is to plan a trip directly through the app, but the GPX is reliable! Fingers crossed! Stay safe!

Where is the Ducati Monster V2?

The user guide of the new Monster v2 informs about this app, but when I try to add a new bike from the list it doesn’t have the Monster V2 (only the older models).

Please update (so I can update this review as well).

Unreliable

Constantly getting map license error and the only solution is to uninstall the app and install it again, very annoying.

Horrible

Every bit of getting the bike paired with my iPhone 17 Pro was a headache. Finally got it paired only to find out the app doesn’t support landscape? Really? In 2026 your app is locked to portrait?

Wanted to like / use this app, but it’s a no from me.
