Every bit of getting the bike paired with my iPhone 17 Pro was a headache. Finally got it paired only to find out the app doesn’t support landscape? Really? In 2026 your app is locked to portrait?

Buy a $32k motorcycle, pay extra for connectivity and it never works. I can connect my phone to the bike but the app never sees the bike. It’s wildly frustrating. In a year it has never worked. Email the devs, they never get back to you. So glad I paid extra for these features…

Para empezar, creo que cuando uno compra una moto de marca premium, con su precio premium, la marca debe cuidar hasta el más mínimo detalle. En este caso, la aplicación deja mucho que desear.
- Conseguí enlazarla con la moto, pero me costó varios intentos.
- La interfaz es poco intuitiva, mal organizada.
- Y lo peor, no registra los datos de viaje automáticamente. Hay que pulsar start cada vez que quieres que registre los datos de viaje. Ridículo.
Vengo de una BMW, y su aplicación es buena, sencilla y proporciona toda la info que se espera.
Por favor, pongánse manos a la obra, porque esta app es una vergüenza para Ducati.

Crashes at login - not usable
Go to log in, accept terms, gets halfway through loading data and crashes back to the login screen. 🤷🏼♂️

Schön wäre noch, wenn man die Favoriten und gespeicherte Adresse verwalten könnte….löschen und noch geiler wäre es….wenn man der Adresse einen Namen geben könnte, Beispiel: Zuhause, Arbeit, Café alte Schule, Heimathändler, Grillimbiss, Arzt etc. wäre sehr hilfreich

I find it incredible that Ducati would have its name associated with this app. I can’t even register as it keeps freezing up. I’ve seen this app has had reviews from 6-7 years ago, and they still can’t provide a functional app. Really disappointing. I would recommend taking this app offline, get some feedback on what your clients need in Bluetooth connectivity and start over. For me, the best thing you could do is incorporate Apple CarPlay into your system, and create either Bluetooth or hardwired connectivity. Either way you should just remove this app. I certainly wouldn’t put my name on it.

No hay forma de conectar una Multistrada V4 S 2025. La app no encuentra la moto estando conectado el móvil al Bluetooth de la misma🤷♂️
L’idea c’è ma solo l’idea
L’applicazione sarebbe stupenda ma per registrare un percorso se mi fermo a mettere benzina si stoppa e non riparte invece si dovrebbe mettere in pausa e come riparto ripartire invece nulla, peccato!
Bike isn’t listed
Installed the app and registered (which was a chore that I had to trick to get to work) only to find out my bike (2025 Desert X Rally) isn’t listed. None of the Desert X models from any model year are listed.

Con Ducati Multistrada V2S 2025, Iphone IOS 16, Sena SRL3, NO FUNCIONA.
La app da muchos errores de licencia al intentar planificar la ruta. No funciona el sonido. La navegación es erratica y va a saltos.

Teilweise Absturz des Kompletten Os, während Navigation. Dann Motorrad alle Einstellungen zurückgesetzt sehr ärgerlich auch die Abs Einstellungen.Ab zum Händler Display Getauscht dann 3 Wochen Ruhe jetzt steht in der App mein Motorrad ist nicht mehr unterstützt. Keine Turn by Turn Navigation möglich auf meiner Nightshift, warum hat der Händler es mir dann verkauft. Warum wird kein Google Maps Navi unterstützt ich will doch nur für meine knapp 400€ Extra Navigieren..

Mi ci trovo molto bene, unica cosa ho notato che quando dal display vado su telefono per fare una chiamata, quando la concludo il display non torna sulla modalità navigazione bensì sulla classica visualizzazione in ordine di marcia.
