If they expect to survive they need to immediately replace any mgr who doesn’t respect their patrons. Their promo system is a mess. The salesmen are very nice and helpful but when some confusion happens with their promo system that’s when things quickly devolve.
Also, always check with your car salesman if these sort of washes will damage any of your vehicles finish.

Worked great but you need to create account first
When you open the app, it will prompt you to type in your phone number, but this won’t work if you don’t already have a ducky’s account. You actually need to use the “ create account” button and provide your phone number there. Then you will get the text verification code. Once I set it up, I drove into the duckies express wash, and it automatically registered my car without even having to scan the app. I drove through and got my wash without a problem!

Unable to even log in
Learned the hard way today with multiple employees looking exasperatedly at me and a line of six cars honking that you can be offered a free wash for downloading the app, but it’s impossible to access because the only way to log into the app is to respond to a text message that never comes, no matter how many times you press resend. Yikes.

Can’t even sign up
It tries to send a text but I never receive it. Retrying doesn’t work either. Just a waste of time.
How to cancel
I had to talk to a customer service rep to find how to cancel. In case it’s helpful for others - go to Manage Vehicle, select Edit Vehicle and then you can cancel from there. Should still have the plan until the end of the pay period.

Only DL’d the app because they offered a free car wash to sign up. Couldn’t even get past the account creation. Waste of time.
HORRIBLE APP
DO NOT download this app. It is terribly made and rushed. You’re supposed to sign up by entering your phone number and email. I accidentally typed my phone number wrong and it sent a confirmation code to that wrong number but registered my email anyways??? So now I’m stuck when trying to sign up, it says I already have an account. I DON’T if I can’t can’t access it because I never got the code!! There is also ZERO help/customer support to even sort out this problem. The people who worked on this app are not thinking through all the possible issues and flows that could occur.

No way to cancel the subscription
Need the option from the app to cancel the subscription service, but the app design doesn’t show any option to cancel the subscription service. Please fix this issue.
